Return Policy
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving.
The item must not have been worn or altered in any way and must have its original tagging and labeling in place.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process.
Note: If no specific exchange request is made, your credit card will be refunded. No store credits will be issued. We will not be responsible for any funds lost due to the expiration of a uniform allotment.
We suggest using insured Parcel Post for your protection. What if I need to exchange my order?
Just send your items back to our warehouse in the original condition.
Make sure to include your exchange instructions and a copy of the original order form.
On exchanges you pay to get the items back to us and we pay shipping to get them back to you the second time. Limited Returns On Trousers
As a service to our customers we hem trousers to specified lengths free of charge.
However, due to the fact that hemmed trousers are irreparably altered, they cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
If you plan to take advantage of our complimentary hemming service please make sure to measure your inseam carefully.
