E-mail filters in your MSN account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail messages.
Open one of our email messages and follow these steps in order to add us to your address book:
Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
Click on the “Save Address” link (below) in the toolbar
Check the "Add to Contacts" box (below) and click "Save"
