E-mail filters in your Hotmail account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail messages.
Open one of our email messages and follow these steps in order to add us to your address book:
Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
Click on the “Save Address ” link (below) in the toolbar.
Check the "Add to Contacts" box (below) and click "OK"
